Questions from brides abroad

Do you ship wedding sarees internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE and Europe. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, and customs duties may apply based on your country's regulations.
How do I know the silk saree is authentic?
Every saree is sourced directly from master weavers. Wherever applicable, our weaves carry Silk Mark certification and Geographical Indication (GI) tags — the strongest guarantees of authentic handwoven Indian silk.
Can you help me choose a bridal saree from abroad?
Absolutely. Our curators offer personal consultations via phone or video call across time zones. Share your ceremony, palette and budget, and we will shortlist authentic pieces for you before anything is shipped. You can also start with the Saree Finder.
How long does a custom wedding saree take?
Custom-woven sarees typically take 4–8 weeks at the loom depending on the design's complexity, plus 7–14 business days for international delivery. For wedding timelines we recommend starting at least three months ahead.
What is your return policy on international orders?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused sarees in original condition. Custom orders are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
